About Me

I have loved birth stories since I was a young child, and I have wanted to help pregnant women since then.

I experienced an emergency C-section with my first child and was able to have 2 healing VBACs (vaginal birth after cesarean) with my second and third children. I feel particularly passionate about helping women who have had a Cesarean in the past.

As a doula, my goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor, and to help you have the birth that you want. I want women to feel empowered to give birth how they want, without making decisions based in fear or being pushed into something that is not desired.

I love working with expectant mothers and their families to help them navigate the birth and labor process. I love helping women feel knowledgeable and confident when planning birth. I would love to help you reach your goals.
